I started this directory on 2/28/01 to organize all the info I have about SOAP developers and services. It's starting to turn into a firehose, and I want to be sure we accumulate the information in one place.
Hosting 
As with many UserLand-operated sites, you can create your own Manila site here, if you want, kind of like a SourceForge for SOAP developers.
Manila is fully scriptable by SOAP, so you can store scripts and XML content here for reference by your apps. It solves the problem of where do you put data so SOAP services can find them.
We encourage people to use this service in innovative ways so we can show them to other developers on Scripting News and in this directory.
And ask for features. This is a bootstrap. Let's share our ideas and build a fantastic network for independent developers.
